At Suri Herbs, we take pride in the quality of our organic products and the expertise of our herbal combinations. Because our products are natural and often customized for personal care, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.
You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons (as per health regulations for organic/herbal goods), the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used beauty products (creams, oils, masks).
Custom Herbal Combinations prepared specifically for your health profile by our Professional Herbalist.
Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Flash Sale.”
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we sent the wrong herbal formula:
Please contact us at cs@suriherbs.pk or +92 336 1122911 within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide a photo of the damaged item and the shipping label.
We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email/phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Method: We typically issue refunds via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (whichever you prefer).
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Suri Herbs will cover all shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
